By accessing or using Fybo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Fybo is a creator management platform that connects to your Instagram Business or Creator account via the Instagram Graph API. It provides analytics, content scheduling, automated replies, and AI-assisted content tools.
Your use of Fybo is also governed by Instagram's Platform Policy and Meta's Terms of Service. Fybo does not override or circumvent any Instagram platform rules. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with Instagram's guidelines.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account or use Fybo to manage accounts you do not own or have explicit permission to manage.
Fybo's automation features send messages on your behalf via the Instagram Messaging API. You are solely responsible for the content of automated messages sent through your account. Fybo must not be used to send spam, harass users, or violate Instagram's messaging policies.
Fybo stores your Instagram access tokens securely to operate on your behalf. You can revoke access at any time by disconnecting your account from Fybo or by removing Fybo from your Instagram app permissions.
You may not use Fybo to: send unsolicited messages, scrape user data, circumvent Instagram rate limits, impersonate other users, or engage in any unlawful activity.
Fybo is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not liable for downtime caused by Instagram API changes, maintenance, or other factors outside our control.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the platform, or violate Instagram's policies without prior notice.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Fybo after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
